Public Notice: Traffic & Construction Update
PUBLIC NOTICE
Please see the attached construction notice to homeowners regarding upcoming traffic restrictions and infrastructure work within the community.
➡️ Pump House and Well Station Project – Highway 99
Please be advised that traffic restrictions and equipment activity near the pump house and well station have commenced.
Residents can expect delays in this area for the next few weeks as work progresses. Please use caution when travelling through the area and follow all posted signage and directions from construction personnel.
➡️ Highway 99 Repavement (Tennant Street / Fraser)
Our second project will commence on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, by W.F. Botkin Construction Ltd. (Botkin), involving traffic restrictions and equipment activity for the Highway 99 resurfacing project.
During this time, residents can expect delays in this area for the next few weeks. Traffic restrictions will be in place and will affect parking and access to homes along Highway 99.
Parking will not be permitted within the work zone. Residents will have parking access in areas outside the delineated work zone and may access their homes by walking. Delivery and removal of materials and equipment may cause short interruptions to traffic flow.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as these important infrastructure improvements are completed.
